Come and join us for a demonstration you won't soon forget! We have the wonderful K-9 unit from the Pensacola Police Department coming to show us what it takes to be a part of this very important team. They will be talking about K-9 policing and how these amazing dogs are utilized and loved by their handlers. They will discuss safety procedures and will give several demonstrations with the K-9 dogs to help explain the important role these dogs play in our community and what makes them so special. In addition to their K-9 demonstration they will also be bringing at least one patrol Tahoe for the kids to crawl through and a motorcycle to observe.
I would love for us to show our appreciation for our community heros. If your child would like to draw a picture or make a homemade card I beleive that would be a lovely token for these officers! They can be handed to the officers after the demonstrations.
