This event cannot happen without volunteers.  While not mandatory, we hope each of you will sign up for a 1 hour time-slot on April 4, or April 5, to help make this event special for our students.  Volunteer positions include: 

 
Friday, April 4, 3:30-4:30 pm Set up tables/ foam boards or assist with the rehearsals. Friday, April 4, 4:30-5:30 pm Set up tables/ foam boards or assist rehearsals.
Saturday, April 5, 9-10 am Assist with collecting art drop-offs. Saturday, April 5, 10-11 am Assist with collecting art drop-offs.
Saturday, April 5, 11-12 pm Assist with placing art on display boards and tables. Saturday, April 5, 12-1 pm Assist with placing art on display boards and tables.
Saturday, April 5, 3:30-4:15pm Greet guests and usher. (students welcome) Saturday, April 5, 4-5 pm Experienced sound and light person
Saturday, April 5, 4-5 pm Refreshment set up (student or parent without performer) Saturday, April 5, 5-5:30 pm Refreshment manager (cookies /juice/water)

This includes all artwork and aspects of live performances such as musical lyrics, dress, and language. WFHESL reserves the right to disallow any artwork or performances that are believed to be outside of these standards. I agree to abide by these rules.
